Yandina’s Ginger Factory is celebrating all things green this summer at their Ginger, Flower and Plant Emporium.

The Emporium features a huge range of ginger plants and tropical flowers for sale and is open until January 26.

Visitors can browse the variety of flowers under shade sail at the outdoor Emporium and the fully stocked hot house of unique tropical plants.

The Ginger Factory’s Tourism Manager Brenda Bailey anticipates a large crowd of plant lovers to visit the Emporium and said their COVID safety plan has guided the inception of this unique self-driven event.

“The Ginger, Flower and Plant Emporium was created to replace our postponed Ginger Flower and Food Festival this year,” she said.

“The entire event is self-driven. Visitors can pick up all the gorgeous flowers and plants they like and load up their trolley and then pay at the checkout when they leave through the Retail Shop.”

During the Emporium, outdoor camping and cooking gear specialists, Barebones Living are running a pop-up store every Wednesday and Saturday.

Throughout January, The Ginger Factory will also be holding Meet the Maker events.

• Free tasting and demonstration stalls are available starting today. For details see the website www.gingerfactory.com.au/ginger-flower-plant-emporium/
